Since JSA Mordru is more powerfull than PC Mordru, the versions of Surtur should be reversed.

really? i haven't read that arc for sometime, but i thought it was reverse. please explain.

Not only has the older version of Mordru suggested that he was more powerfull when he was younger, but it's also proven due to feats.
