There agility and strength are superior. Not to mention there fighting speed. Snake Eyes was manuevering part of the time on the outside of the Hummer with just one arm. His body control is incredible. Storm Shadow was ricocheting shuriken off walls and killing people. They're both uberly skilled in stealth and martial arts.
Keaton got his ass handed to him by one of Joker's henchman. Kilmer could fight but nowhere near the level of these two.
Keaton Batman blocked a bullet giving him better reaction time then anybody else here. He also punched threw the floor of the Batmobile giving him better strength/power. He also survived a plane wreck and the ensuing explosion giving him a better durability feat then anything I can think of for the Ninja's. Kilmer Batman can head butt threw aircraft glass and survive highspeed impacts with large signs. We also saw a fair bit of agility from him. Not on the level of the Ninja's, but not bad.

Note in the first clip we have Batman damn near dodging gun fire again and treating the swordsman, who is moving just as fast as anybody in G.I Joe and who does display martial skill, like a punk. Point is Keaton Batman could take either Snake-Eyes or Stormshadow out in short order then help Kilmer Batman finish off who ever he is sparing with.
And Snake-Eyes got knocked on his ass by Tennis Channel or what ever the frak that guys name is from "Step Up"....I'm sorry Duke.
I'm thinking getting bumped around by an experienced thug after surviving a plane wreck and fighting past half a dozen other is a better show then getting slammed around by some random infantry man
Considering that Riggs(if in reference to the Lethal Weapon character) showed more skill then Baleman. This comment makes no sence.
It makes even less sense when one considers that Anthology Batman would stomp the hell out of Baleman and Ra's.
This random infantry was one of the best soldiers in the world and was a fellow Joe.
Keatin never showed the martial arts skill to compete with either of these guys. Kilmer has skill but isn't fast enough IMO. He does have some sick gadgets though like that goo gun that restrains people.
You would think that the reason the batman got all of that stuff done was because of the suit, since he was in it every time he did whatever it was he did. Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow did some amazing things, and if you can make a shuriken embed itself in steel, then you're pretty strong. Also, Snake Eyes was fast enough to keep pace with that hummer, then he did those flips and jumps, he and Storm Shadow take this. Then they go have some stealthy ninja sex with invisible ninja women, because that's what ninjas do.
Storm Shadow, and Snake Eyes take it. Easily as well. They are way more legit when it comes to martial arts, and put the katana in their hands and they will make batman so deformed he will look like Jason. The Batmen showed no real fighting skill except being able to punch and kick things. by Punch and kick I mean straight kick and your typical punches.
