I'll say Kothoga wins this one.
Blade is good, but Kothoga is very tough. Even while engulfed in flames it was still attacking and it took a huge explosion to finally destroy it.
Margo was able to destroy it due to having flammable chemicals available. Such chemicals aren't present here.

Blade tracks a vampire in africa but finds only its head without the brain when he looks around he sees the Kothoga and the fight is on
As far as weapons Blade gets his sword
