Green Arrow vs Punisher

No strange rules.

Just a week's prep for each.

Setting is in a downtown sector of a major city like Gotham or Chicago.

Each is willing to kill and is driven by the fact that they think the other has been committing terrorists acts against the U.S..

Arrow has all his standard arrows and any trick ones he may have used before.

Punisher has his standard equipment and perhaps any other firearms he may have pulled out of a hat before.

What happens?

Agreed.

I don't think he'd need prep to win it though. Both have great accuracy and draw speed, but guns are more practical and efficient than a bow and arrows.

most likely green arrow's going up against punisher's sniping + stealth game + stolen weapons (pym'd on his belt), imo green arrow's toast

Green Arrow gets killed without realizing he's in a fight. No prep would be better. This is pretty much spite, unless Ollie is informed ahead of time that he's fighting Punisher he's dead.
