Without Loki being amp'd, I'd say Lord Marvel, but as you indicated an amp'd Loki, I'd say a really good fight is on hand; tentatively a split, with LM having the advantage physically, and Loki having the advantage in terms of applied cunning (even if LM has all the relative knowledge of magic and spells, Loki is still a tricky beast to deal with, and with more power than normal, can actually put forth a challenge even for the wisdom of LM).
