Battle 1
Daken is capable of putting X-23 down for good, and the reverse isn't true. Weapon Omega is the wildcard here: we don't know how he would react to the sxposure to Phoenix's power. I mean, we DO know and that's why he is the wildcard.
So, it boils down to whether Pointer can be put down by the team two or not. Since, they have teh teamwork (in contrast to team one), i'd say the can do it and then take care of other members of the team 1.
Battle two
This is simply. While Colossus and Venom WRESTLE, DB and Raven put down the members od opposing team. Then it's a question of whether Dark Beast can find a way to stop Colossus, since Venom, IMO, can't do the job, and others - even more so. But, since i like DB, i believe he would cook something up on the fly or organize a BFR.
Battle three
Team 1 plainly outclasses team two.
Battle four
So, Ares can take care of Shaman while other team members (and by that i mean Sentry) dismember the rest of team 2.
