You do realize that the fight sequence that we saw was Banner trying to remember what happened after it was brought to his attention he fought Thor by Jeff? And Banner himself thought that his memory was far fetched, hence the "Yeah...right...".

What we saw was something that "could" have happened, "if" Banner remembered right (Which he doesn't think he did.) and Thor was not out and could have gotten back into the fight apparently. The Hulk had jumped away, hence "winning".

That's what I understood from reading the issue and his interview.

Hence why that issue is not nearly as bad as some people think.
