I don't really understand. The only tech upgrade he's given himself would be his incorporation of the Force Block technology into his old suit. But as we saw in Annihilation, he's not even wearing that any more.

That, and his teleportation tech. But I think that's located on his ship, and as an Eternal, he doesn't need it to teleport anyway. He's given himself upgrades, such as Tyrant's orb. But that contained knowledge. And any other enhancements were probably biological in nature, not cybernetic.
