So, I'm not familiar with a 'most powerful version' of Etrigan, but regular Despero would beat Etrigan fairly badly. And V&V would do so even worse.
If you had a particular arc in mind for Etrigan's level, that might be helpful.

Damn, I had a feeling there would be a showing like this.
I hope Etrigan was artificially augmented somehwow in that arc as past showings have him going down to much less.
