Biggest Fight Ever

This is the ultimate team battle that takes place in an alternate universe on a planet similar to earth.

The teams are seperated by origin of power. For example there are characters that acquired their powers from science accident such as Hulk and Flash. There are aliens such as Superman, there gods like Thor....and etc.
The teams are:

Gods:
Thor, wonder woman, Hercules, ares(marvel), loki, circe(dc)

Aliens:
Superman, superboy prime, supergirl, general zod, hyperion, martian manhunter

Acquired powers:
Hulk( wwh), red hulk, sentry, flash, fantastic 4, ms. Marvel, spiderman, capt. America

Magical beings:
Dr. Strange, Dr. Fate, zantana, capt. Marvel, black Adam

Mutants:
Apocalypse, magneto, juggernaut, wolverine, storm, iceman, cyclops, scarlet witch, Quicksilver,

Tech team
Ironman, war machine, cyborg, steel, Batman, moon knight

Brains:
Brainiac, ultron, Dr. Doom, lex luthor (w/ armor), the leader, m.o.d.o.k.

Marvel Cosmics:
Silver surfer, nova, beta ray bill, mar-vell, quasar, drax destroyer, black bolt, gladiator

New Gods:
Darkseid, Orion,mantis, infinity man, metron, takion, light ray

Demonic beings:
Dormammu, memphisto, baron mordo, black heart, ghost rider

Lanterns:
Hal, Kyle, john, guy, sinestro

Life force energies:
Phoenix, parallax,

What happens in this epic battle? What group is last standing?

What would happen if each team was give 3 months prep for this fight.

Also no bfr or jobbing, etc....

Maximum number of contenders
Let's keep it maximum 5 versus 5, with the exception of teams. More than 5 characters in a match is hard to discuss, threads like that often disappear in 2 days, imagine over 10 characters involved...

(Now, in some cases, an exception or two might be made with some threads. It's usually a judgement call on the moderator's part. But, of course, if a thread has like 25+ characters, it WILL be closed. NO exceptions)
