The order's all off. Makkari and Ikaris will be a lot easier for her than a lot of the rest, and she's got the odds to beat Black Bolt too since she's unlikely to be hit with a scream and'll beat him in melee. Stryfe, on the other hand, with all his uber TK and such, would be very hard for her, unless she caught him off guard, in which case she'd win.
Anyone who can turn to goo and survive is a problem for her regardless of their actual power level too. Hm... though, would ripping off Sinister's head and throwing it far away work? BFR at least.
She might be able to beat Cable. Though Cable did defeat a mind controlled Hulk in Onslaugt saga. IDK about Makarri, but she should have a decent chance at taking Ikaris down too. The rest ain't losing to her.

OP doesn't state that bfr isn't allowed so yeah, she could slice up Sinister and take different pieces of him around the planet. He can't come back together so that should count as a win.

Realistically she can get all the way up to 8 provided she to gets to Blackbolt before he opens his mouth. When/if she gets to Jean, wouldn't Jean just lift her off the ground?... from there, proceed with the mindraping.
You mean she could outrun the scream and avoid it? That power isn't supposed to be sonic. Blackbolt is single powered, he can manipulate electrons. The scream is an electron disruption field that screws up matter making it release energy. Control over it is tied to the speech center of his brain, that's why he activates it through use of his voice. Even without the scream, he can create force fields, attack with lightning and make electrons in her body collide toghether.
How is her TP resistance? Sinister might be enough to put her down.
More of she's close enough that she can stay out of line with his head. Jumping around someone to attack from unpredictable angles is common for her, and lining up a scream'll be tricky.
Cheetah almost certainly has fairly good resistance, I don't think she's ever been controlled (though rarely magic has put her into a feral state, enhancing that part of her instead of controlling per say).
She was struggling to keep Grodd out of her head in FC, but that was with the actual Anti-Life equation involved, so not really representative of normal TP. ALE > Sinister, after all
