General Zod vs Magneto...with a twist

The twist being is that this is a 3-on-3 match.

General Zod, along with Ursa and Non, find themselves in the Marvel universe (movie-wise), and begin their campaign to take over the world, since Kal-El is absent.

New York is trashed by the trio, and three unlikely heroes decide to join forces and stick it to the fallen kryptonians.

Magneto decides to lead the assault, out of respect of his old friend Charles, who was injured by Zod himself. He is joined by Iron Man (at Director Fury's request) and The Invisible Woman (who was humiliated by Ursa earlier).

Upon arriving at the White House, the Kryptonian trio find themselves face to face with one badass villain and two heroes. Zod squares off against Magneto, while Non faces Iron Man, and Ursa tangles with Sue Storm.

Which team will win?

I foresee some serious ass kicking by the Kryptonians.

Sue's shields were barely shown with enough power to withstand Johnny's Nova Flame, let alone Kyptonian strength. And this is three people we're discussing here.

Iron Man has maneuverability and speed, but if even one of the Trio grab him, it's all over. Also, I doubt missiles and beams could even scathe.

Magneto could be the wild card could he, somehow, could slow the flow of iron in the bloodstream of the Trio, but it was not shown as a movie feat.

Zod and his lackeys were shown with power equal to Superman, and were talking THREE against lesser powers.

The only way that Superman won was to steal the powers of the Trio whilst in his Fortress of Solitude. I think that we can all agree that Reeves' Superman would solo Mags, Sue, and Stark.
