Thor in Blood and Thunder was a high cosmic team wrecking tank even Thanos couldn't put down.. Considering the latest version of B&T Thor has the Power Gem, The belt of strength is kind of redundant.
thor doesn't have the gem, that would be overkill. Thor with out the power gem moped the floor with Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange and Infinity Watch before he really had the gem.
Blood and Thunder Thor was wrecking shit. Even earlier on after descending into the Madness he treated Adam Warlock and Norrin like children. Went on to treat Maxam and Drax like children.
This team would need to fight smart to try and put him down like Bill temporarily did. They aren't winning this in a context of power vs. power. Not in my opinion. If you throw in the belt of strength, it's definitely not happening.

Well technically he did have the Gem when he fought that team, but the first time we saw him tap into it was near the end when he reversed the attack of Doctor Strange and Warlock.
