Not sure, but he's resisted the pull of a black hole before. A few times with his space hog. He easily resisted Superman's heat vision and stated that stars and the coldness of space does not bother him.

Each LOBO clone would have the same cloning ability.
So "ridiculous numbers" is not all that too far fetched.

But LOBO's non flight is the biggest factor in this.
