I say if Wolvie and Spider-man and come up with a strategy where Wolverine tanks all the damage while Spider-man jumps around defensively waiting for an opportunity to jump in and pull DP's head off then they win.
Wolvie won because XI was busy blasting Creed with his laser. Spidey can't take near the damage Creed did, therefore Wolvie won't have the advantage of XI being distracted.
XI ports onto Spidey's back and impales him, dead Spidey. Then it's just Logan. The question is can XI's blades decap Logan?

No, XI does not have Logan's adamantium skeleton. The bonding process was not complete, remember?

the blades are sticking out of him so yes they finished adding wolverines adamantium skeleton. Reason it wasnt complete is because stryker was gonna add the powers of some of the other students in the cell

that might be true, however with the spider sense that will alert parker to whatever Deadpool is doing and once Spidey is keeping Deadpool occupied then Logan takes care of business
True the Deadpool wasn't complete and all the powers weren't there, but the adamantium bonding process wasn't anywhere near complete. All he had were the blades, if he had the skeleton....his head wouldnt've gotten seperated from his neck.

Also, I think the mind-controlled DP is probably less strategically intelligent than if he wasn't mind-controlled. He kinda utilized his skills and powers, but I don't think he would be able to sense his opponent's overall strategy and react accordingly. He'd probably try to kill them just the same, which gives the duo a chance if they form a good plan.
I think Spidey with his pre-cog and agility can avoid DP, especially if Wolvie distracts him.
