Good fight, could go either way.
I'll side with Super Skrull for now.

I have to go with Magneto. The blood irons in any living creatures body would make them subject to Magnetos power, kinda like a puppet on a string.

Which could probably be counteracted with Sue's powers.
Still, I'd vote Magneto.

Iron makes blood red, Skrull blood is green, so there's either no iron in it or so little that it doesn't matter.
Invisible force bubble in the brain/heart - SS for the win.

And when exactly has Super Skrull ever employed that method of attack in a fight before? If that were the case, what's stopping him from beating the likes of Thor?
In actuality, Skrull only really uses Sue's powers to make himself invisible. He mainly relies on Reed's stretching, Thing's strength, and occasionally Johnny's flames.
That being said, Magneto ftw.

Awesome.
Magneto ftw with a telepathic attack then?
Creating a bubble around a ship isn't the same as putting one inside someone's body mid-fight. Skrull isn't that type of a fighter, so I don't see how that's really related here.

Although Skrull does have Sue's power, I would say he isn't nearly as skilled with them as she is.
He also isn't as intelligent as Reed, scrappy as Ben, or skilled as Johnny with their powers.
That being said, he's incredibly powerful and would give Magneto a hell of a battle especially with his superior speed.
So, I say they split 5 out of 10 each.

Superior speed? You sure about that?

I think Magneto once went Mach 100 in Earth's atmosphere and flew himself, Pietro, and Wanda to the moon in a panel. Plus, his neural impulses are enhanced way beyond that of a normal human being. It's allowed him to counteract a speed blitz by Northstar.

Mach 100 huh, wow didn't know that.
I know his reaction times and thought processing are significantly enhanced, but I didn't think his flight speed was that fast.
He's definately more skilled then Skrull with his powers.

To be fair, I've never seen Sue do it either but it's all that gets mentioned when she's in a thread.
