I doubt the shadow could hold naruto, especially with the kyuubi power, or sage mode. also, he can have thousands of himself at any time he wants.
Really the only "real" threats here are Lee and Shikamaru, everyone else would just be distractions. though in the hands of shikamaru the rest could be a real threat. But with pis off, naruto actually rivals Shik's strategy making, and he does it instantly. so of course, first round goes to naruto. Second round I would still have to give to naruto, he just has too much going for him. In sage mode he pretty much cannot be harmed, and with kyuubi mode he is faster than anyone there. including lee with his gates. (an assumption sure, but a fair one)
I think with all of those, the team has an excellent chance. Neji's rotation should be a whole lot stronger than it used to be, Lee has gates, we know Sakura's poisons work, Choji and Sakura are strong enough to hit and make it hurt, and there's a lot of distractions going on here so Naruto should have trouble keeping track of everyone at once.
Even if Shika can't hold him, he can likely slow him down.
And while he can do lots of clones, he can't while doing sage or kyuubi.
Both Hyuga can cause internal damage, Choji should be strong enough to hurt just about anyone, and you've got Sakura's poisons/drugs.
Gated Lee can likely cause damage too. It wouldn't surprise me if he can go 6 now for that matter.
But he doesn't know how to control that speed, unlike Lee.

My money is on the team. While power does matter a lot, groups of skilled ninja are still quite effective, and Naruto can't use all his powers at once or anything.
Round 1: Likely Naruto. Team has a good chance though, assuming Naruto isn't running about the forest in Sage Mode.
Round 2: Team, mainly due to Shikamaru's strategic prowess. With so many members and his planning skills, they likely win. Naruto's Sage Mode is the only thing that gives him a chance.
They might know that Sage Mode amps Naruto, and it's not like Naruto can hide clones in a place to gather Natural Energy; there are two Hyuugas on the team who could easily spot two-three clones just sitting still. IMO, it comes down to outlasting the initial Sage Mode use (harder than it sounds).

Sage is a non-factor. He won't have enough time to use it in scenario 1. Kyuubi Naruto, that is a more feasible threat (and imo, his regen will really prevent them from doing a thing to him).
Regen has it's limits, if he's temporarily unable to do much until he's healed, it gives them a chance to do stuff to him. An opening of a second or so can be critical, a broken leg may give Neji the chance to start pouring on the internal hits for example, Sakura drugs, etc..
Hm, I wonder how much damage final-pill Choji could do nowadays...
ok naruto isnt god just because he has sage mode doenst mean he can fight all of these ninja on his own like that. four ninja on the team focus mainly on taijutsu for their attacks that should be enough to keep constant pressure on naruto while the others prepare for the final blow which would be either Gates or choji's ball maybe even sakura's punch. remember one good hit frm all three of those techniques can prove fatal
