Eh, not sure how useful Vulcan will be here, sure he has high level energy manip, but energy manipulation tends to be something the heralds are very, very good at, and then they have other powers on top of that...

Vulcan can be overloaded as well. Havok did it and messed him up, IIRC Gladiator had to intervene and save him.
