Batman (Bruce Wayne) vs. Deathstroke: Round 2

This is a prep battle. Both men have a week to prep and only standard equipment is allowed.

This fight will take place down town NYC.

I'm not so sure as to who will win. Their first fight ended with Slade edging Bruce barely at the end. But I feel things could have gone the other way.

So who do you guys think will win round two?

Slade is the man. But if you can remember, Batman put the hurt on Slade without using gadgets to do so. A lot of time has passed since that fight. And Bruce has gotten better over the years.
