Titans have clear physical and tactical advantages. Three hundred class fighters, two of which can fly.
Cannonball is the wildcard. Is he immune to Cyborg's ultrasonic knockout wavelengths? If not, they'll have to rely on Donna's lasso to subdue him.
Rogue isn't strong enough, Nightcrawler (with CIS) is fodder, and Colossus lacks mobility. So really its a matter of stopping CB.

Titans in a hard fight.
Donna and Star Fire really tip this in the Titans favor. There strenght coupled with their ability to fly is deadly. Not to mention there hand to hand skills and Star Fires attacks.
Cyborg is tough enough to hang with the X-men big guns for a little bit.
Rogue isn't likely to take down either Donna or Kory, overall they are much better fighters. So unless she surprises them and attempts to absorb there powers she is done.
Nightcrawler is the X-Factor in this. If he gets to work early he could make a difference, but the Titans do have experience dealing with teleporters, so once they understand figure out his abilities his effectiveness goes way down.
Beast Boy will do enough to be helpful but won't contribute that much.
Cannonball actually won't be that effective. At best he takes out Cyborg, but it would be because he catches him off-guard. If Beast Boy plays it relatively smart Cannon Ball shouldn't be able to KO him

Well normally I'd say the Titans take it but with this taking place in Six Flags, it might just favor the Xmen.
