Faora seemed to be faster and more skilled, but Zod has better control over his powers (HV and flight) and can actually breath. Zod has too many advantages and doesn't have the mask weakness. He wins imo.
Zod had more time to adapt to his powers than Faora did. When push came to shove, Zod was able to adapt to his supersenses because he had trained all his life as a soldier. I am pretty sure that Faora, under similar circumstances, could just as quickly, if not quicker still, adapt to her powers like Zod did. Plus, at no point did Superman actually hold an advantage over her, unlike Zod whom he killed by snapping his neck.
Still, I am inclined to give this to Zod 5.5-6/10 simply because of a more well developed powerset.
Faora was really only tooling Supes at the beginning of their battle. In fact, I'd argue that Zod was doing just as well if not better against Superman before he developed flight and HV.
How can Zod lose? Even if she is faster it would be the same as her VS superman just now it's an aggressive and equally trained Zod trying to remove her head for her recent betrayal.
Faora wins. She has the power of Sears on her side.
