Who wins between these 2 teams?

Superboy Prime
WWH Hulk with Red Power Ring (same as a GL ring, except it works off of the anger of user, and those around him)
8th Day Juggernaut
Voided Sentry
Magento

vs

Sundipped Superman (10 minutes)
Sodam Yat Ion
Odin Force Thor (JMS run) with Warrior's Madness, Belt of Strength, Gauntlets, and OF Shield
Silver Surfer
Kal-L

Take takes place in the middle of Iowa, in a wide open field. Neither team is holding back, and both sides want to kill the other side.

Do you mean Magneto? If so I don't see what the hell he is doing in a match of people of this caliber.

I think team 2 should win because of the sheer versatility they have over team 1, although team 1 is packing the punch. I wonder how WWH with a red ring might work.

Magento is a huge weak spot for team one. I'm not even sure he can hurt anyone on team 2. 8th Day Juggernaut can be BFR'ed. So I have to give this to team 2.

Superman sundipped for ten minutes and he is willing to kill....he can beat Prime. without taking into account rings, Yat (being a Daxamite) is stronger than the Hulk. The rings are pretty much equal, and then Yat has the Ion power. So Yat wins that fight. The Thor in question here would WRECK the Juggernaut. SS beats the Void, and Kal-L takes 1 second (maybe less) to kill Magneto and then help either SS beat Void, or Yat kill the Hulk.
