post cosmic cube retcon or no??? If post-retcon to cube MM Franklin Richards power beats him out as there isn't the limitation that FR places on himself in play. IIRC Franklin has blocks on 99% of the time until he reaches a level of maturity to use his powers effectively as well as having a body that can handle it. Combined with Shaman and insane Genis alone I would put him above anything short of non-jobbing abstracts (if such a thing exists).
However this fight is moot as Franklin's powers have no known upper limits at full potential according to several characters with Cosmic Awareness and is at the very least Celestial level if not greater which puts him above cube beings. However Clyde has better feats and abilities as shown in the Marquis of death scenario. Quite honestly you would need to see Franklin at full potential to determine the fight because as it stands you have 2 essentially unlimited reality warpers with the same attitudes and mindsets facing off against eachother. I see this fight simply winding up that they constantly cancel out eachothers attacks with identical attacks and this never ends.
