At least Doom and Loki have serious magic to deal with the rest, they could as well triumph thanks to it, but in such a short notice I'm not sure they can come up with something that great.
My reasoning with Kang -fanboyism aside-, is that he has better resources from the get to go, short prep times are kind of in his favor; the fact he has armies, robots, ships and weapons of all times is kind of a good jumping point; just teleport stuff and make an actual prep scenario to deal with the others while you distract them.
Doom and Lex also have very good resources, I think Mr. Mind and Sivana got the shaft in this thread
