Dr Doom vs Brainiac 5

both have 10 months of prep, know basic knowledge of each other.
1st battle: no outside help, miracle machine and ultimate nullifier are not allowed
2nd battle: with outside help, miracle machine and ultimate nullifier are allowed

Ok, if you allow the miracle machine, B-5 wins with spite.

Aside from that, don't know. Doom is more well known, but the Legion faces bigger foes regularly.
