Intelligencia tries to conquer DC Earth
After failing to conquer Marvel Earth the Intelligencia (Leader, Mad Thinker, Dr. Doom, Red Ghost, Wizard, and MODOK) decide to try their hand at DC Earth. Before departing Dr. Doom, drawing on his previous experience with DC Earth and Superman in particular, convinces the group that adding another member to their group that is highly proficient in developing weapons and technology might be prudent so they decide to abduct the mutant genius Forge, using Dooms mystical abilities to control his mind. The team only has 1 month to gather intelligence and develop a battle plan. No members try to plot against or betray the team until when and if they win and Dr. Dooms control over Forges mind is absolute.
