Not sure V could hit Raizo all that much, Asian can jump-spin and avoid multiple shuriken.

Me neither, but Raizo have to be pretty quick as well in order to tag V.
Also I don't see Raizo's throwing stars being of much relevance in this fight, based on V having both body armor and a impressive durability.

V gets horribly speedblitzed..
i've have seen both films, frankly Raizo is too fast for V.. V's bullets will not be hitting, let alone harming Raizo..
this will inevitably go h2h as well as manriki gusuri(sp?) type weapon versus knives and V stands no chance
