The stated versions means they start out in that state.
Fight takes place in the middle of the the Leaf Village
Alucard is limited to release state level 1.
Alucard is Pre-Schrodinger, is equipped with pistols.
Seras is after post-pips blood and has the harkhonnen
Teams will work together.
If Alucard is incapacitated or cannot attack, it counts as a
win for the ninja. Who wins?

Hm, I wonder if they have any seals that'd work on Alucard.
They can handle Seras without much problem, and gets kills on Alucard... ah, maybe Jiraiya's "frog stomach trap" jutsu would be able to get an incapacitation win.
-
Tactics: First thing, have Deva path do a gravity push hard enough to break the opponent's guns. Then hit the vamps with jutsu to buy time until they can do a sealing or trap jutsu on Alucard.
Ok. These ninja are all very fast themselves, and capable of physically holding their own with very powerful threats.
Her biggest danger to be sure, though it also limits her mobility and needs to be pointed directly at an enemy with large barrels, telegraphing it's attacks.
This group does have defenses against that level of attack. Tsunade and Sakura and the Sage Boys could punch the ground and make cover, Orochimaru and Kabuto could take being blasted and then regen (or Oro could turn into a giant 8-headed snake too big for even it to do much), etc..
No, she won't. Deva Pain can throw a gravity crush that'll destroy the Harkonnen and that she can't dodge quite easily.
Sure, she has super speed and a large gun, but her foes have super speed and a wide variety of magic powers.
No one here is remotely as fast as Awakened Seras =|, except maybe Gai.
It didn't limit her mobility before she was awakened, why would it do it now? Also, solve the problem with Kabuto and Oro with Jackal.
No, he won't. Because he will fail to react in time =|. Show me Pain doing speed feats that come close to what Seras is capable of. Like, moving fast enough to speed blitz bullet timers. Or flying across London in a matter of minutes =|
Considering she's much faster then anyone here except maybe Gai, yes, she can dodge it. Would point out though that Pain would be more occupied with Alucard though, though lol at gimped Alucard.
I did this at to give the ninjas a chance and not be mass spammed with thousands of fodder souls and shredded with cards get killed of virtually instantly by Rip's bullets, but Seras does have pips blood in this scenario so hat may help her and give her a damage boost.

Pretty much everyone here is at or above her league, feats wise.
Gai's well above her league.
One of the reasons why the two universe are a good fight, they're both capable of handling the other's speed without much question. Which is why I think it's silly to give the Ninja such a massive number advantage, even when the foes include Alucard.
Wait, are we talking the anti-material rifle, or the huge double-guns she brought against the blimp?
The rifle doesn't, but it also has slower RoF so it won't be doing mass pwnings.
The huge one she didn't run around with much.
Gai lept kilometers in seconds.
Reacting to super-sonic attacks is something Chiyo can do, and Pain's faster than Chiyo.
And keep in mind, normal vamps have the 'third eye' to anticipate bullets, but in terms of travel? That mind-field they went over using knifes, during which time they were vulnerable to being shot at, could've been leapt over in one leap by Sakura.
Seras was blitzing people significantly slower than Sakura in terms of movement speed. Definitely doesn't indicate the ability to blitz any of the S-class.
The fastest one on the field here is a ninja even without the bonuses. If Gai is thrown in as a bonus, then he is *easily*, by far, the fastest one on the field.
Nope, it's wide-angle, as well as invisible and pretty much instant. There's really not dodging possible.
They have numbers. Why should Deva be occupied with Alucard and not the others?
As well, Deva's attacks are area in nature. He can attack both, and gravity-crushing both foes at the start to destroy their weapons is a logical opening move.
Honestly it's an unnecessary restriction. You've got plenty of anti-army jutsu, and most of the crew is either tough enough or regen-y enough that cards or one bullet shot isn't going to ruin their day, and neither Tubalcan or Rip have Alucard's survivability against the power they're faced with here.
Heck, Alucard's best bet is to be at his highest non-army release, and save those two for when needed.
If he just busts them out, then the Ninja have the option of wiping his army and thus not having to work nearly as hard to kill him personally. He's much better off trying to wear them down.
1. Can you show this? Legitimately want to see it.
2. Stop making this claim without proving it. Show proof the Iron Sand is "visibly supersonic."
3. You are aware that is a strength feat, right? Sakura is undeniably physically stronger than most, if not all of Hellsing's characters, and leaping is a matter of leg strength, not of reaction-time, which is being discussed, or even speed. Hellsing characters are physically not very strong.
Edit: That said, Naruto team would win, IMO.
Both would be hard-pressed to signifigantly injure Pain, Jiraiya, Naruto, and perhaps Orochimaru and Kabuto (Though Kabuto is pretty unimpressive in personal combat thus far IMO), and Gai can at the least kill Seras with his seven gates, though I am unwilling to say he could do so without them.

I don't know how to precisely judge the distance on this, but he leaps from where the others are (with some boost from KB now that I check) and lands off the island in the war far enough that they can see the giant explosion he and Kisame make in their fight away from the island and have time to discuss it before the shockwave hits the other ninja from his starting point.
Quite sure I've posted it, I'd be surprised if I haven't done so multiple times.
If you don't have high speed, you can't leap very far distances. The strength gets you a distance by propelling you at high speed.
An actual multi-hundred foot jump like this one also appears to take little time. It's not accomplished though long air time but by their launch and arrival angles is a fairly flat arc. That means speed.
And I thought we were talking speed, not just reaction time?
Anyway, for reaction time the Chiyo one is good, where in response to the super-sonic Iron Sands, she deploys her defense and puppeteers a defense for Sakura, both after the attack launches. That's fast reaction.
