Hancock vs Neo
Neo is fighting the Agent Smith army in the park.

Unfortunate for Neo, Hancock happens to be taking a nap in a bench nursing a nasty hangover.

Hancock wakes up to find all the noise and fighting in front of him. He then proceeds to throw all of the Smiths into space.
Neo thinks Hancock is a new type of Agent out to destroy him. Hancok wants Neo to buzz off and leave him alone, Neo does not and Hancock threatens to force Neo's head up his ass.

I'd say Hancock can fly faster than Neo.
It is hard to say who hits harder, Hancock having more easily quantifiable strength feats, good ones at that, but Neo having feats like city-sized sonic booms while clashing with Smith.
