Based on hype, Sebastian. He was billed and portrayed as Majestic Prime. But he wasn't really around long enough to say that definitively.

Speaking of Maj, does the writer of the last Wildcat run have it in for him or something?

From fascist to pawn to sex slave? He's really underused, and the scientist aspect is nowhere to be seen...

A clever way to write away one of the big guns so that it wasn't PIS every time he didn't instantly fix a situation. Jenny and the Doctor were also MIA for about the last year of WS's run.
