knockout - it is possible for Kraven to win, Creed's skull wasn't bulletproof before Death Hunt. He can recover from a headshot in seconds, though...

kill - Creed every time.

Yeah, classic Creed was a beast. Classic Kingpin was tough but not tough enough to win the majority. With prep however he could.
