Just to clarify, Ultimate Colossus and Ultimate Thing are stronger than Ultimate Thor.

And 616 versions are stronger than the ultimate versions. More high end showings and longer runs.

Even after he stopped taking them, his body internalized them and his strength level stayed that high permanently.

You'd think that. But the reason is he fought people not as strong, and had nothing but high showings. But in comparison to 616's showings overall Ultimate falls short.
