Too vague, depends of too many different factors.
Normal lion/tiger vs. The Tank from Left 4 Dead. Tank wins.
Neon Tiger from the Mega Man Zero series vs. almost any zombie. Neon Tiger wins.
Granted, of course, Neon Tiger is a robot/reploid, but how far are we taking the definitions? Most special zombies would destroy the animals, while normal human zombies would lose a 1 on 1 fight.

A tiger or a lion could more than take on your average zombie, but the victory would be a pretty hollow one. The animal is practically guaranteed to contract whatever turned the zombie into a zombie.
