All the appearences I've seen are somewhat weird with his abilities. As long as there is a trace of smoke he can teleport himself an others, his conscience and existence exists in several dimensions at once, but he's vulnerable against electricity. He can also freeze with his touch and touch gaseous forms, add to that enhanced physical abilities, bulletproof and fly.
