It means it's a one-sided stomp in favor of one of the mentioned characters. In this case, it's Lucifer who's bringing down 'ol Imp.

Not even a battle. Lucifer is DC's God's son along with Michael.

What are some of his best feats/fights? I keep hearing talk of how "awesome" he is but aside from surviving that universe creating blast, what else has he done. How does one even quantify that?

It wasn't a universal blast. It was multiversal. Lucifer has the infinite will of God, and with that he has infinite reality warping ability. This much was stated by God himself in his series. His presence collapsed a dimension, etc etc.

Didn't he have to kill his brother before he could warp anything? He's never created anything under his own power no? What dimension was collapsed by his presence?

The Mansions of Silence, a dimension that held trillions of beings collapsed due to him just being in there.

And he only has to kill Michael if he's not in a universe already. Within the main Vertigo universe Lucifer can warp anything and do almost anything with his reality warping.

Michael needs to die in order to release the demiurgic power, which is shaped by Lucifer into a universe. So for instance, when Lucifer managed to make his way outside of creation, into pure nothingness, he had to kill Michael to gain the raw material to make the universe.

Essentially, if the demiurgic power is the paint, Lucifer is the guy with the paintbrush.

A good analogy. Lucifer shaped a multiverse though, not a universe.
