i thought ulik was given some sort of upgrade recently..... i'm don't know the new one very well, but i think namor could score wins over the classic version. maybe a split, or at least close to a split imo.

You mean Thor was written down to Thing level just to match Ulik.
Ulik outside Thor is slightly above Thing level.

Namor hydrated should be a whole level above him.

Think 300,000 tons vs. 1000 tons.

They used to have Namor kicking much more a$$ than he does in recent times.
His fights with the Hulk were awesome.

As a matter of fact, he is very similar to Ulik on his ability to dish out crap to higher level opponents, while not having any exotic powers or weapons.
These are both excellent bare-knuckle characters.

how about this rock trolls nearly match thor

ulik is the greatest troll

with pounders he almost defeated thor

don't see namor winning here

and ulik is tanarus(clever disguise) his power is augmented once more namor can drink wawa, b drenched in it don't see how he wins here
