Rules: Fights have no time limit, no weapons unless they are natural (for example, Wolverines claws) If the fighter falls out of the ring, get knocked out or give up then they lose. Even if some of the characters are stronger than others they just need to hit them out of the ring. Spider-Man has organic webbing but normal 10 ton strength and he has Spider-Sense.

I don't see how Cage stalemates Johnny when Johnny can easily generate enough force to push him back. Conversely, Cage can do nothing to him.
