if we were to use Galactus once more as the raised bar, I would say that Odin has a great chance of winning. Just consider how well each of them did against Galactus. I think Odin may have done a smidge better.
Ben death was under the command of te in betweener.
Galactic wasn't because he was the opposite of in betweener
Seeing that Odin would be at a disadvantage in this situation.

In-Betweener is an Abstract entity. He's simply higher up on the cosmic food chain than Odin. Odin has no chance of winning barring significant significant prep time and help.
