Green Arrow (20 kryptonite tipped Arrows)
Hawkeye (20 Kryptonite tipped arrows)
Punisher (standard equipment, plus 100 kryptonite bullets)
Batman, with a baseball sized chunk of kryptonite
Lex Luthor (with kryptonite ring)
metallo

Fight in Metropolis

If Superman knows what his enemies have and how many there are and CIS is off he wins, flies high, uses HV to brun Metropolis *blabla.

Else with a little prep, the Team stomps him, in a normal comic scenario. Metallo just has to keep him distracted for some seconds and the others will get enough K into tange do weaken him and finally kill him.

Metallo is the only minor threat to a superman with CIS/PIS off.

People tend to forget that superman is'nt dumb and that with CIS/PIS of he can and will either destroy or remove kryptonite from a safe distance.
