She's a pretty solid brick. When she fought Sabbac (the Captain Marvel foe), she was outmatch, but was able to cause him pain by raking her hands across his eyes. She also has a healing factor- Sabbac flamed her face, but she was able to take it and recover.

I think the two have relatively close strength, Titania might actually have more, but Grace is definitely the better fighter, so I give it to Grace.
