Herc exhausted his power fixing the universe. Power gem has unlimited power to use with the reality gem. Thanos wins.

Better matchup is Lady Death VS CW Herc.

No he did more than fix the universe. He also rezzed ALL the dead gods, demon lords and restored their realms as well as the universe.

To get an idea of what kind of feat that was, previously when Odin and the Asgardians were killed by the Celestials, it took a portion of the power of EVERY PANTHEON on Earth to resurrect Odin, who went on to resurrect the other Asgardians.

CW Herc, by himself, resurrected EVERY Skyfather, Demon Lord, and God throughout the UNIVERSE that was killed by CK AND restored their realms (that CK devoured) on top of fixing the universe.

I actually think CW Herc wins (especially the "Awakened" version).
