Arishem should win, but I'm still not sure how easily Celestials could kill Watchers with no prep. And it's been stated on panel that Odin is less than an insect to Celestials, so not sure if he could even help.

The Watchers stand around and do almost nothing. Their greatest watcher died and they just stood around will the Celestial killed him. Odin couldn't do anything to Arishem when they met. This fight is pretty much the Uatu standing by watching Arishem murder stomp Odin.

I consider Celestials and their ilk (Galactus among them) to be steps above Skyfathers like Odin, and even passive Cosmics like the Watchers. So going with Arishem on this one.
