-Cyclops, Storm, Rogue, Beast, Angel and Iceman all do down to a single hammer-throw and I can't see them dodging one. Maybe Beast could.
-Wolverine gets KO'd by a hammer-throw, probably longer than the 3-4 mins he was out in X2.
-Nightcrawler while he'd die from a hammer or lightning hit, he's going to be nigh-impossible to hit. The uber lightning-wave-smash as seen in Thor might be the ticket as it's vast and NC could TP into its wake.
-Colossus. Could be the tide turner, since he may be able to tank everything Thor has for a bit and give the others time to do combo moves.
All in all, I'd bet on Thor winning, since most of the X-Men can't do much to Thor.

Yeah, I edited too. Thor still wins, imo. Only real chance is if Rogue can drain his life-force and KO/Kill him. But since Thor would know this, he's likely spamming lightning and frying her along with most of the others who can't get away.
There's really only 4 people in the X-Men franchise who could defeat Thor. Xavier, Magneto, Dark Phoenix and Stryker's gimpy kid.

If Thor hits the air quick and consumes himself with electricity, blasting the team below.
Nightcrawler and Rogue can't touch him then lest they get electrocuted.
Thor wins.
Question of the day:
If Xavier was there do you think Thor's helmet would protect him? If 60's Russian tech could make Mag's helmet you would think advanced Asgardian tech would include such a feature.
I highly doubt it. The metal that the helmet is made from is also so far unknown, and it's the only thing that we have seen stop Charles Telepathy (iirc) so I highly doubt that Thor's helmet can stop simply because it's metal of some kind.
