New Spectre rampage
Billy Batson runs through the woods with his hands above his head, a hunter mistakes him for a deer and shoot him dead before he can say "Shazam".
At the morgue, the Spectre is required to find a new host and is tied to Billy. The magic still works, and Billy finds himself a cocktail of Cap marvel and Spectre. He goes on a rampage, having been out of action for a while and witnessing unpunished transgressors.
Who on DC or Marvel Earth are able to stop him?
If no one, who in the DC or Marvel universe?
