Captain America vs Joker & Riddler(Intelligence)

1. Joker
Plants Bombs All Over Gotham and Kidnapped The Mayor In His Office With 25 Heavily Armed Thugs
2. Riddler
Riddler has kidnapped 60 children, and locked up somewhere in one of these three cities
Captain America was invited by Riddler on a hypersonic plane, where inside there is a TV that takes Riddler. Riddler will make requests to the Captain, and if Cap answer all the questions correctly, Riddler will send the coordinates to Cap, and the soldier will be able to save the children's. The questions will be three levels of difficulty, and will test the culture of Cap and his intelligence and deductive analysis
Captain also has a team to help him in these missions
Sharon Carter
James Barnes
Black Widow
Dum Dum Dugan
Falcon
Can Captain America outwit the competition and defeat these villians?

Reason I made this thread is because there's some people out there who think Steve is "smart enough" to beat one of Joker's or Riddler's plans...even with help

He's not a world class detective, but he's by no means stupid, and with access to his standard resources and help, I don't see how he can't win this.
