Pretty much everything except the riot foam and the T.A.D
No Goblin is bringin anything to the table that aint already been brought to justice in Mega City 1.
The Big Meg makes Gothan and New York look like Day care schools..

eh, I don't have a lot of Macandale feats, but it doesn't seem like Dredd brings anything to the table that he hasn't dealt with. Hell, it varies between incarnations, but a lot of Goblin armor is bulletproof...

And thats why Dredd carries armour piercing and Hi Ex. And that is just the ordinance onhis Hand Gun. The Bike or Law master can destroy a building.. And that is one of the Mega Blocks. 200 floors and better.
