At their peaks all capabilities available? Probably stalemate when strange "becomes" swamp thing. Barring that and assuming both at peak levels ST in a horrific stomp. Top Knotch Classic Strange vs. pre-ret ST mid-upper level is a decent fight imo and comes down to whether or not a deity chooses to really give the Doctor that extra oomph in his fight to win it.
