Spider-Sense is useless without the physical attributes to benefit from it. For example, I might feel a tingle in the back of my skull, that tells me something's wrong, but I don't have the speed, agility, or physical strength to for instance, leap 30 feet to the left to dodge it. Or bend over completely backwards and start dodging machine gun fire.
On the other hand, Domino's luck powers work as long as she is intent on them working. Like if she see's a guy about to shoot her, and she tries to move out of the way, 9.5/10 she won't get hit. And there's a buffer about stuff she doesn't know about. Longshot is pretty similar except his luck doesn't work when he's doing bad. I'd say Domino's powers are the most desirable in this situation.
King do you remember that crazy scenario I did a few years back? If you ended up facing the mutants in the Hills have Eyes would you chose to have Captain America's fighting skills, Wolverine's senses or the Punishers arsenal lol?
I did some research. It appears that Domino has to act in order for her powers to work. She just can't stand there. Also her sense of alarm has to be heightened. She must feel she is in danger. And the power only works in her line of sight.
The weakness of her power is that she can be shot by surprise (sniper).
The strength of her power is that if she acts before the attack (or somehow during) then she can escape anything (as long as it's not impossible).
The weakness of the SS is that you are limited to the speed of your movement.
The strength of the SS is that you can't be snuck up on or sniped from afar with single shots.
It h2h fights Domino powers would benefit more (need less skill). But the SS is up there if it jerks your body in the correct positions to avoid the attack.
If you can possess a bullet proof lightweight shield then the SS can be a good pick as well.
Spider-sense does way more than work on people punching you, btw. Like, Pete has admitted that he could become rich in casinos using it. His morality is the only thing that prevents him.
In terms of practical use, they'd probably be about the same level of usefulness. In either universe, I'd just use them to get rich, and maybe tech myself out Iron Man-style if I was in the comics universe.
I don't think it'll matter that you're an ordinary human with spider sense. I see it as acting as fast as a person's reflex which is really very fast. Imagine touching a pot that is scorching hot, but that you didn't know was hot. Without even thinking you're innate human reflex is so fast that without thinking you'll move your hand. That is how i imagine this thing working on a normal human.
