I'm backing Lucifer again. The IG would give Thanos more varied powers, the best of which Lucifer should be able to replicate. Main difference I see is level of power, seeing as Lucy can easily wipe out something far.. far larger than every single known Marvel universe combined.

This is one of the only times when Quan can come into a thread and say Thanos wins with it being true and unbiased. Thanos with the IG was insanely powerful, well anyone with the IG and a brain is, but the point is that he was literally a God and only below the Living Tribunal and TOAA if I recall correctly. Soul, Time, Power, Space, Reality are the gems and he had complete control over all of them, anything he wanted to do, he could do with a thought. If you want actual feats then there are plenty of them in the respect threads.
EDIT: I'll be honest and say that I haven't seen this Lucifer or anything from the series but I'm wagering he'd have to be at least a universal threat and be able to casually trump galaxy buster to stand a chance against Thanos.

Go talk to Mr Master. He's this guy who has devoted more hours of his life towards defining Marvel's cosmic hierarchy than most men have devoted to the pursuit of wine, women, and song.
Lucifer has time, space and soul powers, reality warring and several other. In variation there isn't too much of a difference, which is why I think a scale of power is the answer.
Oh he's above galaxy and universal by miles.. universal miles? Lucifer is stronger than but comparable to a demon called Hito. Hito tanks the attacks of Metaton. Metaton is much stronger than one of gods weakest Avatars. Said Avatar was creating, destroying and recreating billions of universes in a blink of an eye.

actually, Lucifer is probably stronger than Demi-fiend if the claims that he has yet to reveal his true form (and therefore, his true power) are true. and since Demi-Fiend is seemingly stronger than Metatron, who is stronger than Kagustuschi (the aforementioned avatar creating and simultaneously destroying billions of universes in an eye blink), then Lucifer should be able to take this fight.
