zeus has no feats aside of destroying green scar, which is to be honest, at beast puts him at trans level.
another feat is him fighting thor for days until he manages to beat thor, again not a good showing for zeus, when he punched galactus he was empowered by the chaos king.
of course we know he is a skyfather and the king of gods... but judging by feats its hard to say anything about zeus.
yeah, comic books actually got it wrong, in greek mythology Zeus is this ruthless ******* whos damn uber powerful, viking mythology depicts odin as, well, not on zeus' level
yeah that always was my impression its like marvel mixed things up.
zeus who is suppose to be the king of gods and most powerful one doesnt have showings to back it up.
however odin who is more known for wisdom in the mythology is shown more of a fighter than zues.
ares the god of freakin war is the weakest god by marvels showings like what the hell?
i was face palming myself when zeus after losing his powers was punked by king pin and beat up like a step child.
i mean yeah he lost his powers but what about the skills of the king of olympus? no skills at all?

Odin didnt even have any true powers in mythology, he could see into past and future, nothing zeus couldnt do, he defeated the typhon a creature billions of kilometres tall(head brushed the stars, but what ever) with unnumbered hands, each hand with one hundred serpent fingers
Cronos in mythology is a billion times more powerful in mythology than comics to, zeus layed the smackdown on him too
defeated gods who ruled the entire cosmos
affected the chaos void of agelessness timelessness etc
gigantes were no match who were sent by gaia they were formidable giants, gaia gave them unlimited power as long as they were on earth, zeus fought universal threats reguarly, btw aswell, the typhon could literally grasp constellations
and odin was killed by a large wolf
odin was frail and very weak compared to zeus in mythology
But the thing is, we're not going my mythological representations we are going by what's shown on panel. Odin's showings dwarf Zeus'. The only thing in team Zeus' favor is this relatively recent scan : (please log in to view the image)
The fact that the other Skyfathers had to intervene and rule in Odin's favor to stop it seems to tell me they were fighting on even footing. Some people doubt they were fighting but a) Odin CLEARLY has a weapon out and b) Mephisto says "when Skyfathers shake with rage" I read that as "they were pissed off and going at it".
If Zeus really is a peer to Odin power wise, he should take it. Otherwise I see him in big trouble.

yup, its the comic book vs forum, not mythology 101
in comics, implied power means nothing unless its backed by on panel evidence, stature means nothing until its proven, zeus is nothing more than odins peer, he may be on equal footing, but until he gets more feats behind him, we can only assume he is odins peer, but he could give the team a run for their money, actually, rediscovering some feats i think zeus could maybe pull the majority or maybe a dead even, if he goes all out he'l destroy thor within the opening seconds, thor will be powerless anyway, zeus has greater control over thunder and lighting, also the thunderbolt would kill thor, thanos would be a tough cookie, but like i said if he goes all out, he'll win in the end
my mind is changed zeus 5-6/10
